In the early 1990s, NASA suggested that pulse technology could reduce lead acid crystals. This technology was then applied to the lead acid batteries in the cars to make them last longer and to save fuel and energy. However, the question of what kind of pulse can reduce the lead acid crystals is a very serious technical issue, which can never be solved by a pulse. To date, many products on the market do not have the technical means to test for the reduction of lead acid crystals, which means that it is not possible to obtain functional certification for these products. Therefore, there are many similar products on the market, and it is difficult to distinguish the true from the false.
Chico Battery Desulfator has been patented for nearly ten years, because it is not possible to do functional testing in China. In 2016, we applied for testing the effectiveness of the product in Austria (a European authoritative battery laboratory company), and the results of which determined that the Polarizer can not only effectively reduce lead acid crystals, but also 10 to 15 times faster than the traditional lead acid removal method.
In addition, the installation of the Extreme Paddle can save fuel for motor vehicles. We have done fuel saving tests with 50 operating buses in Taiwan for 7 months, and the results prove that the average fuel saving is 6.4%, which shows that the Extreme Paddle can not only prolong the service life of lead-acid batteries, but also save fuel (when the performance of the batteries decreases, more fuel will be consumed).
Chico Battery Desulfator are also CE and FCC approved and have been granted a China invention patent, Patent No: ZL 2012 8 0001944.X
